Wishing to apply to rent a property through our office.

Please ensure the application to rent is fully completed so that we do not have any delays in processing.

Our property manager will contact you to advise the outcome of your application.

If your application is successful, please note the following:

• You will be required to pay the bond in full and a minimum of two weeks rent prior to receiving keys to the property.
  
  
• You will also be required to complete all necessary paperwork including the tenancy agreement and bond lodgement form.
  
  
• An appointment will be organised with our property manager to sign the lease and pay all monies due.
